Chandeliers – It is this type of marquee lighting that can really create a dramatic statement to the decor. If you do use such lighting then situate it over those areas where most lighting is needed say for example where the guests of honour (bride and groom) are to be sat.

Lanterns or Floodlights – This the type of lighting you use to help your guests make their way to the marquee and enter it. If you are intending to use such lighting then make sure that the plugs and sockets are well protected to prevent any type of moisture gaining access to them.

When it comes to getting marquee lighting installed it is important that you use the services of a qualified electrician. Certainly any reputable marquee hire companies will employ their own to install the lighting you have chosen for your event in the marquee.

Because of the lightness of the frame the material covering the aluminium party tents is made from polyester, which has a much softer feel to it and also is much more pliable. But this material is just as durable as the canvas used on traditional types of party tents and will still protect those inside from the elements.

It does not matter whether the tent you hire is made from wood and canvas or aluminium and polyester you need to ensure that you locate it correctly.
