The electrical power is used to transform the water to gas to make this work. The water makes hydroxy which is hydrogen and oxygen and this can be burnt by the machinery.
Using electrolysis the H2O is converted to brown’s gas. Electricity breaks the H2O into browns gas. The engine burns this gas for power. This energy replaces some of the diesel the machine needs.
The fuel oil replaced means a cost saving. Lowering the sum of money and fuel oil used is a clear cut gain for the planets rescources.
When burnt as a fuel all that is left is water. This water can be recycled indefinitely.
The gas when ignited in the engine makes more power than the fuel. This means the battery power used to make the brown’s gas provides more energy than was used to create it, the gas is largely free.
This does not mean a perpetual motion machine just that the diesel is less effective than the gas.
In years to come engines may run with very little fuel oil cost. Any auto that uses diesel could have it’s efficiency improved by having the gas added, today. Which means more energy for less money.
